Feeling Fall!

Well here it is the first day of October and I am FINALLY back in action with the blog after numerous computer glitches (lost all of my previous photos!) as well as being consumed by many work projects (happy problem!).  My sincere apologies to my readers.

Today is a beautiful day in New England and the fall colors are in abundance!  I have shared the photo above to show you how the right balance of colors can really make a beautiful palette.  If you stare at the photo long enough you will see how different colors become prominent in the picture.  Sometimes the browns stand out, sometimes the red and sometimes the green color of the grass seems to come forward.

In selecting paint colors for your home, you can put together a beautiful assortment of colors, so long as you keep the right balance.  Often clients get hung up with trying to make everything match perfectly.  In my experience, different shades of the same color, along with the proper balance of different colors, can be very pleasing to the eye.
